Hey Moneytec,
I see you've taken away a Star from my name. GOOD.
I think you should take another.

I don't know how you allocate these stars, but they should not be based on level of participation.

I am a rooky in FX and if you are going to bestow insignia, titles etc. they should be based on stringent ratings.

I would not want someone to act on my suggestions because I have too many stars next to my name, so please keep them away.

Perhaps you can tell us how these stars and titles operate?
