Re: What are the best books for Forex trading ?

I agree with you about pure TA, which I have interpreted as the use of multiple indicators. To me the greatest journey in forex is the one that takes you on the road to learn more about yourself and how you react under live trading circumstances. Psychology is the most underestimated facet of trading.
In forex trading I like to keep things simple. Learn to value the lines, such as support/resistance and trendlines.
A lot of people use candlestick charts, so maybe you can purchase a book such as Steve Nison's book on Candlestick Charting. I know people who trade the markets live by using candlesticks only with no ther indicators.I was impressed.
So, in terms of books.....psychology +++.
My two would be "Trading in the Zone" by Mark Douglas and
"Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques" by Steve Nison. However don't think by purchasing/reading these two books that it gives you immediate forex profits. It also takes a lot of perserverance.
