you cant really do what you want - ie you want someone to quote out of market so you can hit them and cover back knowing price is lower or higher ----- most online brokers use the same feed they just alter the speed of updates
this way you deal out of mkt they keep the trade you hit them the wrong side they requote you
each has a slightly different characteristic you need to acquant yourself with
