this theory has been since the market crash of 87. It's mainly been geard towards the stock market.
even if its true, what does it matter? you can't make money with it because you will be going against the price movements.
the way everyone was forcasting the trade numbers today... even if it was bad, the dollar still would have pulled higher imo.
