I don't care if it came from the Queen of Sheba, it's just another conspiracy theory put about by those who don't know what they're doing and blame their losses on the broker rather than accept the painfully obvious!
Broker 'radar' set up to seek out and destroy anyone who opens and closes a trade within x minutes is pure fiction, it simply doesn't exist, period!
