Its not Italian,...people from canada speak french

Battre is french for lick

Baterre is Italian for beat or hit.

lick the hand that feeds you.

thats what dogs do.

An Italian would say

Senza ce tutto il mondo sarebbe picchiare selvaggiamente qualcuno di tu.

"without us, the whole world would beat the s*** out of you."
