In looking at those transactions my gut tells me he has multiple platforms up and is picking a broker off who is hanging rates or this broker's cross rate is consistently off and this guy has an arb calculater and knows where it whould be. There is just no other way to be that consistent when you are paying a 2 or 3 pip spread.
