Any time is a good time to trade, depending on your parameters, but for being in the US, I'd easily say that 8AM Eastern to 1PM eastern is the best time to trade overall. If you're trading based on USD news, then this is easily the best time to trade. Big moves happen in these hours. Overall, no matter where you are, I'd reccomend these hours, since the US economy is the big mover in the world.
