I see that CFDs are still not available to US citizens.

If I setup an offshore corporation would it be legal? I'm not talking about some secret tax haven account. What I mean is if I open a legal bank account offshore through a legal corporation can I trade CFDs legally as long as I pay the US capital gains tax on my proceeds?

Is there a legal non-shady way for a US citizen to trade CFDs?
