Theres no doubt that their are rules to be abided by in every market, but if you lost money you should be accountable for it. If I lose money (and it happens often enough that is my mistake and it happens) I take responsibility, its not me, my broker, the market maker, the rich people. It can be said that people have been swindled but heres the thing many people probably were not suited to trading in the first place. And if you think the rich people are out to get you well just hand over the money, cuz they are, and aliens exist and the government is out to get us and oh the terrorists dont forget the terrorists.
