An ECN may be the way to go but read the smallprint first, who really
is the counterparty to your trade? Minimum trade size? Minimum account? Fills? Commissions? Variable spreads.....there's a lot to consider.
The grass might look greener, just make sure it doesn't turn out to be astroturf
