It's quite simple.
Post your entry, stops and target in real time or ahead of time (a chart would be nice also).
If the target or stop is open then post the result in real time (money management details would do also).
Iris claims he ALWAYS uses stops but I haven't seen any posted until after the trade. It's all fine when things work out (like the last cable trade) but the problems occur when it doesn't work out. It's like he has to cover it up rather than admit it didn't work.
