I've been looking in to working for a prop firm but have a few questions which I am hoping someone can help with:

1) What is the training programme like?
2) I'm based in the UK (London). Any particular firms I should look at?
3) What is the general experience of working for a prop firm?
4) Is this a good idea? (Maybe not an easy one to answer)
