Whoa! Gain Capital is someone that I would stay away from... I had an account with them through Forex.com and everything went fine for about a month until I left a position overnight for the first time. Note that I had $500 in use, and over $1000 cash in my account at the time.
So, I wake up and see that EUR/USD is up since last night by 50 pips. Overjoyed, I log into my account to see the money first hand. Alas, my position was closed overnight. So naturally, I looked to see if my stop-loss had been triggered, but no! My stop-loss was a full 20 pips from execution - no spikes or anything on the charts. After confirming this with several other people I know using different systems, I finally called them. Their response: they have the right to liquidate any of my positions at any time at their whim if they feel their capital is at risk from the trade. I thought my $1000 cash buffer was more than enough to cover the dip that only costed a theoretical $100... but I guess not. Needless to say, I switched.
Hope this helps!
