Its nice to know there are others out there in my position. I have two kids, 1 1/2 and 5, and am trying forex trading to add to the income from my husband's job which is fairly meager (public school teacher). I was trying long-term trading so I would not have to be up at night ( in my time zone the best hours are 11pm-12noon). However this has recently resulted in large drawdowns so I am considering trying short-term trading this summer when I have daytime "relief" to sleep in. Have you been making a decent living at it?
