Raff Regression Channel a.k.a. Linear Regression Channel draw two parallel lines above and below the regression line.

Distance between lines corresponding to the farthest closing price from the regression line.

Regression Channels restricts the movement of markets, providing appropriate support and resistance lines.

Short-term excursions outside the channel are possible, long-term absence may be a sign of change in trend.

The Linear Regression trendline shows the equilibrium price (equilibrium)
Linear Regression Channels show the range in which we can expect the price deviation from trend lines.
