Just wondering if you are a full time trader, how do you go about getting financed for cars, houses, etc.?

Same way you do with any other independent income, you have a bank account and ask your bank or you show other lenders your last year taxes. If your credits good and you have a decent income you can get alone anywhere no a days.

yeah.. as long as your income statement is postive, the bank will be more than willing to loan you some cash

This is treated same as “Self-Employed” person and there is no difference. File your quarterly estimated taxes for Federal and State tax if applicable. Usually for Auto purchase, Lenders need to see a credit history with a modest down payment; in regards to obtain a residential mortgage assuming in the event you cannot prove the income, you have plenty of choice with Stated Income with good credit score or Stated Income without credit checking if there is enough required down payment etc. There are few other choices too but you need to shop around and find out which would the best feasible deal for you.
