A few questions for you regarding this opportunity...

1. What sort of automation is available for the system and can it be guaranteed to perform under any host of circumstances including, but not limited to; broker connectivity failure, internet connectivity disruptions, hacker attacks, hardware related server downtime, etc. So, in other words, who will be responsible to ensure that the trades the system generates are executed?

2. More importantly, what kind of confidentiality agreements do you maintain with the system's originator and are there any enforcement policies to keep it confidential.

3. What is the minimal general risk/reward profile you are searching for?

4. What is the basic compensation structure. If there is no basic compensation structure, what is the lowest compensation structure?

5. What is the smallest allocation for this fund to an individual trading system?

Hello Peter,

1. We would be responsible for the black box trades.

2. Of course we have confidentiality between the creator and us. It is in our best interest to keep you happy, compensated and protected.

3. Regarding risk reward: we don't have specific parameters set at this point, but we are not looking for systems with huge intraday or daily draw downs.

4. Compensation will be disclosed privately if we approve your system for funding.

5. Allocation: Depending on how we value the system the allocations can start at $100,000 and go as high as $25,000,000. The allocations will be adjusted according to performance.
