I require a programmer to intercept signals sent to the broker (Apari, Interbank etc) generated through Metatrader 4.

After requiring this origional buy/sell signal, I then want to use this information to REVERSE the trade in another instance of Metatrader 4.

This is know as Contrarian trading!

For Example:

a) An instance of Metatrader 4 is running (Instance A) and sends a signal to Interbank to BUY the GBPUSD at 1.90

b) The newly created software 'Contrarian Software' (Instance B) intercepts this signal and 'SELLS' the GBPUSD as a market order in another instance of
Metatrader 4.

c) When the close signal from the origional instance (Instance A) is closed, the Contrarian trade is closed (In Instance B)!

Notes:

d) In theory, Instance A should be the reverve of Instance B (give and take spreads etc etc). For example: If Instance A is £500 in profit, then Instance B would be a loss of £500.

e) The Metatrader 4 code in instance 'A' is NOT available for editing

f) The Metatrader API is a possibility!
