Here I want to start a tutorial on technical features of site www.pipcast.net.

Site is for transfering signals/keeping jurnals.
Please also take a glance at this address for quick help, hopefully this will give an overview:

What is this all about?

It copies all your trading commands from your MetaTrader account Online and keeps the results in database of the site.

If some body else likes to act exactly as you do, he/she subscribes to your channel and gets your signasl executed onhis/her account.

Every thing is free of charge.

Let's try with sending signals.
For sending signals you must download "PipCastTrader" from this address:

The other package (PipCastInvestor) is for receiving signals.

PipCastTrader consits of two files: an expert advisor and an exe file.
1- Install the expert advisor on only one chart in your MetaTrader.
Input parameters come from "My Trading Area" page. If Password field is blank, Edit channel and Click "Regenerate Password". In next post I will update a graphical guide.

2- Copy exe file to MEtaTrader Directory\expers\files directory and run it.

For running the .exe fiel you must have installed .NET freame work (2.0 or later) from Microsoft on your computer. Most probably you already have it installed on your computer.

In next posts I will decsribe installing this package on your computer.

If no problem, you have started sending your signals. but still not visible in "Trader's Club" section.

For making your channel visible, go to "My Trading Area" page and edit your channel and make it visible. Don't forget clicking "Update" at the end.

Sorry for long delay. I were working on messenger.

Now, PipcastInvestor no more needs an email address for receiving messages. This method was too slow.

New version of PipCastInvestor(106) uses an internal messenger for receiving signals. The whole process of transferring signal from first trader to end user takes afew seconds.

NEW: Ver. 106 is recompiled with .Net framework 2.0. previous version was using .net framework 3.5 which was not available on computer of most users.

Option of sending tarding signal alerts by email is now available. If you don't want to use auto execution options, you can use email.
