XPO format & tradestation 200i

The problem is the following:
I have a software (hiperTools) that convert data to XPO format , everthing goes well with the exception of the following message when I import the quote in the global Server: subserver DLL of does not exist), however the data is loaded in the GS.
But when I try to load te chart in the Tradestation it gives it the following message: (no data available for the selected date range)

Can any one help me out please.

Hi,
Just be sure that the symbol name is the same as when you made the XPO file, and that the data is displayed when you click the load button.
Make sure that you plot the bid int TS if you created the XPO with the bid.
