Re: Daily Signals For 5 Majors
Looking at the signals you probably think this system is not very exciting and lately we got a lot of NO TRADE signals. There is a reason that we have so many NO TRADE signals. Markets are volatile and non-trending that makes it difficult to capture profits for a swing trading system. Meaning, that by the time you think the markets are going somewhere they decide on a U turn. That is why I started to use filters to reduce the amount of trading and try to capture higher probability trades. Even that is not easy. I guess that is why 90% of traders loose money. So the statistics say!
So what does it take?
One is a system that gives more winning signals than loosing signals.
Two you need some type of stop that well keep you from financial ruin.
Thirdly you want to have some type of money management that will tell you how many contracts you want to place on a trade.
On the chart below you see what the rather boring system returned with the USD/CHF pair over a one-year period.
We had 73 trades, 63% winners and 37 % losers.
I am going to give you all a rest while you digest this information.
