There have been questions regarding the actual entry and exit values.
In order to give an accurate and neutral results of the SYSTEM I am using the open and close numbers set at 5 pm EST. In reality what happens the signals get to the subscribers by approx 5:30 and the markets will have changed some. If we at that point enter a new position we will not get the exact same values. It can be in our favour or against us. Or we might have in one currency a positive adjustment and on another a negative adjustment. If we continue in a position, than it does not matter but I am using the close and open to measure the gain or loss for the day.
Now we also have to accept the fact that a mechanical system only deals with numbers as they come up every day. There are times that human brain function has to decide whether to override the system or not. Yesterday as I posted the signals I also noted that the results of two currencies pairs where close to the stop and I sent a note to the effect.
Discretionary trading at this point made us override the system and made an actual change in the results. The posting of the results that you see does not reflect discretionary decisions, as some would argue that you are either one or the other. The way I look at it is the fact that if you are about to cross an intersection at a green light and you see a big Mack running the red light you should make a quick decision as, to you want to be right or do you want to stay alive. I am trying to be as accurate and neutral as possible. So all the postings are mechanical and we do get hit !!!
