it seems we again have undervalued usd
short yield of US rates in downtrend, long ones in correction of it
115.88 mark is low risk entry point in anticipation of upcoming rally next week

u.s economy is strong
it's hard to be defeated
the european, supposed to be strong, economy cant even move it with all its strong reports

I know the american economy is second to none but does this justify a collapse in the yen. Are you factoring the possibility of more yean devaluation?

I looked at the chart of the yen. Nearest high on the monthly is 121.6 then 134.5 then 147.30.... then 188? in 8 months?


If this happens this is the mother of all carry trades. Holding multiple contracts for 1 year or more will be great not to talk of the profits

Have you any more reasons to justify 188? Analysts are looking at 105 for christmas!
