cant add attachment or delete post

Moneytec - i'm trying to add a 560kb zip file, and it just wont show up in preview, or on the post itself. I also cant delete the post i made where the attachment didnt appear - it tells me I'm not allowed to delete when I'm already logged in.

I'm sure this is something really simple that i'm missing - can you help please?

it's to large,, try attaching ether a smaller one..
