Cant get live chat to work

Can anyone help with a suggestion on getting live chat to load up.
I have deleted all cookies and cleared the cache but still only get a blank window when I click on the live chat link.

Have you ever been able to load live chat up?

Sometimes if I have been in live chat but close that window and then try to re-enter I can't. Logging out and then logging in again fixes this problem for me.

If this is not the problem I don't know.

On your Internet explorer what are your settings for security and privacy? Sometimes when these are set high or very high it blocks access to sites like hotmail and yahoo. MIght be the case here I don't know?

From time to time we encounter members having trouble entering the live chat room,, The problem lies within your individual system or browsers settings, it’s imposable for us know the fix ,, here are some fixes we have encountered in the past


a) usernames: If you have a username with a space in it i.e. Money Tec, you will not be able to enter the chat
Fix: Simply email us requesting that you need a “-“ in your username to enter the chat and we will kindly take care of it..

b) Firewalls: Some setting in a firewalls will stop you
Fix: within your individual settings,, The best we can tell you is to play around with your setting and try,


If any members have encountered problems and then found the fix, please post your fix here fort others to try in there settings..

Thankyou for taking the time to reply. I have tried all the sugestions made here. Tried to load it with fire wall disabled, even made money tec a trusted site but to no avail.

If anyone can think of anything else I would be glad of the suggestions.
