Can't log into chat

When u look at the list of chatters u can see some have dots after their names and others have numbers, so decided to put a dot after my name and see what happened and hey presto it worked !

Is chat ever going to be fixed?
anyone can log under any name they like and with out a password.
Its basically a free for all at the moment..

anyone can pretend to be anyone which is getting silly.

It has been almost a month since the site's lifting, and i find it rather irriitating that no one at moneytec did even bother to reply in here (or elsewhere as far as i know - but may be mistaken on the last one)
