Can't log into chat

Hello,

I'm obviously logged in right now into the forums with my user/id and I am posting this under my user name. However I cannot login to the live chat because it says that my user/id is invalid. I was just in there this morning and I use the chat regularly. Anyone else have this problem?

Moneytec, can you please look into this when you have time? Thanks
