Still the same problem and no reply or even an acknowledgement from Moneytec....ho hum
I don't mind dropping by and making a quick post, but waiting minutes for pages to load and getting error messages all the time is frustrating and a total waste of time.....
Maybe changing the message would allay some worries?
It is more comforting to know that the database is being backed up.. as opposed to it being an error. If an estimate of the process duration can be given, it would be given better.
