Hi, just found out about this section where i can post problems i am having so to start

1. I cannot edit my posts
2. I tried to closed 2 thread but i dont see any options in thread tools or anywhere else.

Sorry one more thing i want to add that is i keep getting disconnected from this website and sometimes it works just fine last thursday i wanted to post it took me three tries to post here could this be my cable provider or is this from the site?
