where can i find the info on the standards used on MT for, i.e. sending PM's, Stars by your name, stranger, expert, etc.

Amount of posts, time since registered, what is/are the criteria?

searched everywhere but did not find this info

I personally think that it would be helpful if you were to add this to your FAQ listing. It really is a decent way for new members to see the dedication/seriousness of some of your veteran members.
