Private messaging disabled

My provate messaging is disabled and I cannot rate users.

If you have 20 Private Messages in Inbox+SentBox then your PM mailbox is full and cannot accept more. You may clean them both to provide space for next messages. You've probably got e-mail about that.

How do I get to the Inbox+SentBox to clean the msgs ?

The route I've used ends up at the Moneytec msg telling me the PM is disabled, and prevents me getting to the PM page.

Private messaging is turned off until we find a solutions to taken up overwhelming servers resource's coused by the members who come here to Spam others. In the mean time members can use the e,mail option witch is the same as PM's but it dose not use up the servers resource's The voting seems to be working fine what is the problem you encountered when trying to use it?

I realize the Private Message feature has been disabled, however it seems a bit senseless that I get an e-mail from MoneyTec stating I have a private message to read, and then when I try to retrieve it, I am advised that it has been disabled.
