Problems with chat room

Dear Moneytec,
Is there a problem with the live chat room? In the last days, I haven't been able to use it. When I click on live chat room, a new window opens, but it stays blank. Is it working? I had no trouble using it two weeks ago.

Their is no problem on this end, It must be your settings.. Have you changed any setting on your PC or Internet browser since the last time you where able to get in?

If anyone’s having trouble with the chat room it must be on your individual internet browser or PC’S settings. We tested in every setting that we know and works fine..

Ive never actually been able to log into the chat room

there is nothing apparently blocking it with my fire wall but occasionally i get a user name error but more recently wehn i tried it i just got a new blank IE window

I Have not been able to logon to the chatroom for over a week. When I click on it nothing happens! Can anyone help?

For about two weeks I had the same problem. I've disabled Caching on my Firewall/proxy for chatroom url. That seems to solved the problem. If you got firewall/proxy, Pls. try that. Refreshing I/E afterwards may be required.

It's because you got a SPACE in your nickname.
I hade the same problem until MonyTec change my SPACE to an UNDERSCORE.
