Why Can't We Have Signatures?

I am new to this forum, and couldn't find anywhere to place a signature.

Are they just now allowed, because it cannot be found under User CP.

Someone PLEASE respond?

Everyone is allowed to have signatures however you may need to set your personal settings to be able to see them.

Go to:
User CP
--Edit Options
---- Thread Display Options
------Enable Signatures
