Why my uploaded jpeg picture does not appear

How are you trying to upload them? And can you show us the thread you tried on??

The one that appears on the left hand side of the post under the user name/ID. I was not talking about the pictures embedded inside the messages.
Like the one under Administrator and 5 stars in your above post.
You can compare my post against yours even on this very thread.

That's called a "Avatar" and can be accessed by going to your "
Edit Options " in your "User Control Panel "

You will receive an era if your image is larger then 120x120 200000 bytes

yes, I fretted for sometime thinking on those lines too, till the kind MoneyTec Admin came along for the rescue.
