Best time to trade

Any time is a good time to trade, depending on your parameters, but for being in the US, I'd easily say that 8AM Eastern to 1PM eastern is the best time to trade overall. If you're trading based on USD news, then this is easily the best time to trade. Big moves happen in these hours. Overall, no matter where you are, I'd reccomend these hours, since the US economy is the big mover in the world.

if you live in US the US hrs are good enough like mentioned above but also it is worth your while to trade the 4:30 eastern when a major london fundy announcment. It really moves sometimes. I always wanted to know why euro news never moves the market?

Best time to trade is overnight! Trade on Daily charts at the lowest. much less stressful.
