Re: The Best Way on Forex

My take on the best way in forex is to have patience, learn by yourself or thru a mentor and gain experience.

To know all about forex and the JPY crosses, you can have a blog at this blog:-

Re: The Best Way on Forex

Here is the real deal. If you are trading at a firm one thing is happening 90% of you are trading against the company and never get to where the liquidity of the market is. this is the truth. There are a few companies that pass trades through to the interbank market where the Trillions of dollars of liquidity is. To get there you need to be on a pass through. One this is a privileged market to be traded on. You can only trade full lots, The banks don't want small traders. You will be charge a good size commission per a full lot traded. The advantage of trading here is you don't have stop hunters, price malipulation, basically the dealing desk at brokerage houses can't screw you. There are capital requirements to trade on the bank feed. This is where you need to trade inorder to have a fair place to trade. And when i say only a couple of companies have this for the retail client i am not joking there are two I am aware of that let your trades go to the interbank market. So if you are new there are two options: either find those companies to trade through and get on that feed or get a managed account where you give your money to someone to trade for you and make sure they do a profit share inorder to make their money. That way they trade for you. and not themselves and just take your money win or lose. Also get a track record for the managed accounts. any questions email me dana.okeefe@tradexfx.com

Thumbs up Re: The Best Way on Forex

I think the best way in forex is look for trades based on supply and demand and not get caught up in a variety of indicators. Most of them are lagging and are not suitable for short-term forex daytrading. How do you analyze supply and demand? Support and resistance lines ! For example, you noticed GBP/USD bounced several times from 2.0000-2.0030 level. That gives you a clue that there are a lot of sellers at this level. You wait for some GBP negavite news event, short GBP/USD with a stop above 2.0020. This way both technicals and fundumentals are on your side.

Only trade when odds are in your favor!

Cheers,
Steve

Re: The Best Way on Forex

I agree,
The bridge to the Interbank market is a great way to cut past the middleman but it isn't for everybody. For one thing, trades through a bridge can't be disputed like if you went through a dealer. Also, you would usually need at least $50,000 to use it. It's a "bigboy's" market in the sense that when it comes to pricing, you get the next available price, whereas when you work through a desk you can communicate to a dealer that most likely won't try and screw you. UGMFX (www.ugmfx.com) offers both to their clients and you can download a demo of each to test the accounts out. Feel free to contact me with any questions. abamberg@ugmfx.com
