Kagi Entry

The greater the gap between Dema and KC the stronger the move. If the Kagi pauses, wait for it to contact the Dema. It will invariably resume it's direction and also gives several good entry/re-entry points on the way.

Hi Firedave and Phil,

Heres a screenshot of my Kagi chart, is this correct, it moves out of the KC yesterday between 9 and 10 and continues up from there.

Or do I need it on a more sensitive setting.

So is the theory that all other indicators agreeing, DEMA etc that we should be buying when it moves outside the KC (green arrows)

Ha Ha firedave

I'm sure TLB doesn't know the meaning of sama, but I think he can guess it.

To make sure you get the sama picture as philhackett, we should beg philhackett to post a picture.

philhackett, can you please show us a screenshot?

Thanks in advance,

Matsu

Phil H

just checking: you refer repeatedly to a five day EMA/DEMA -- are you using a five day MA or a five period (i.e., five hour on 60 minute chart)?

and on another thread you recommended 15 minute charts -- have you abandoned 15 minutes in favor of 60 minute charts?

thanks
