I came across this recently, I haven't purchased it though so I haven't a clue to exactly what it is or whether this is a very basic fib tool that could be found free within the public domain, maybe others have used it and can share whether or not is has any merit. It's not really an educational package like you are requesting but I thought someone might be interested in this tool.
