I would suggest babypips.com they aid in starting trading.. a pretty good way to figure out how to create a good system and learn how to stick with a plan..

I would strongly suggest that you do trade with a demo account until you are consistantly profitable and then enter the market with real money..

the good thing about demo's (other than no risk) is that you can test your strategy with real live data and find out what works for you.

good luck with gaining the capital back. the key is to create your own system.

and one last note dont pay anyone to teach you how to trade when you can learn yourself here on fourms such as moneytec and strategybuilderfx for free with generally the same information.

If I was you I would give up. You obviously started without thinking it thru and coming up with a game plan based on any form of probability. Simple fact until you can smash a demo game of 100k into a million in two weeks or less stay out of forex!!!!

Dont Give up about forex market..sometimes we trapped,,,sometimes we greedy...but that all no problems if we diciplining of trading,,,set ur target and turn off ur computer after ur target is done...if u all wants 40-50 pips perday will done...greating trading..i can helps..entry market without mistake position..just mail me..only for who wants to be a succesful in trading and positive thinking..
