Re: Great technique for beginners...

Karstens or anybody else using this strategy...I've been lurking in the shadows reading about this strategy and implementing it with a demo account. As Akash stated this was created to fit specific hours which from the American perspective was predominately during the night. Has anybody successfully traded it during the US market time period? Say from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST? It just seems to be the most accurate during the Asian/European sessions and into the beginning of the US session.

I hope this thread stays active so Akash's effort isn't wasted.

If you use the 30 minute chart there are trades during the day. Usually, I see them near the close of the NY session. But, I miss most of them because I'm not paying attention. I still get 50 or so pip average per week. I'm trying to catch the trade on the 4 hr chart so the time of day isn't as critical. I've caught a couple of them in the last month. I got out after 50 pips, although they went for a lot more(I'm still a bit of a chicken). All my trades are on my live account. Good luck, Karsten

Re: Great technique for beginners...

I guess you should use metatrader 4, copy this file to ..\experts\indicators, compile it using meta editor. Then apply it to your MT4 chart screen.

Hope this help

Quite interesting, though I wouldn't rely on it exclusive yet.

Re: Great technique for beginners...

i don't use it much as before.

but i do still like it since it visually shows support and resistance levels.

i can make more objective decisions about where support and resistance is from the monthly chart on down.

Re: Great technique for beginners...

what happen if kijun-sen and tenkan-sen don't crossed each other, they just moving side by side by side is there any sign?. But kijun-sen did crossed my MA 20-period from below, placed buy possition on that and i made 65 pips

please let me know about parabolic SAR, how useful is it?

[quote=fxquest]Hi Ed,

You can save any window on your screen (dealbook or other) as a file by doing the following:

1) press "ALT+PrintScreen" (this will capture the active window, if you just press PrintScreen it will capture your whole screen).

Try this one.
