Re: Great technique for beginners...
the second short gave +20 pips although now i see it was not a valid signal(20wma is too near), but then later today in swiss we had a long signal at 14:30 meta time long at 1.3085 +20 and +10.
Not bad for such a slow day.

Re: Great technique for beginners...
Hi Steve,
Sorry I haven't updated here. To be very frank, I am working on a new technique, which I will reveal once I am done testing it. The new one keeps me really busy, so I wasn't able to constantly keep up with all the different chart setups. But, I am setting up another monitor, right next to the existing 2 and will be working on the KS technique too from now on. Please don't remove this thread from your list, the technique's worked before, and I'm sure that it will work again, I guess it can't be automated and is one of those "Trade Manually Only" ones. Will update with this week's results by weekend

Hi Blanca,
Glad to see that someone is testing this technique manually. I will be testing it too Blanca, so make sure to keep a record of your trades and update them here. Okay, about your questions earlier. It is always better to wait for the candle to close, and the MA to curl, because I've noticed that 90% of the times, price retraces back to the KS line. Also, you will have to wait for the MA to be above KS to short and below it to go long. That's the way I do it, but if you are able to find a better way then, please let me know

Hi Akash,
You are doing a great work. Just wanted to share some info. If you are trying a new system, the best way I think is to do it manually first and lock down all the variables in that. Automating any system is too much expectations being set on that.
It would be great if some one of you who are doing that post the results with charts on daily basis and discuss about the winners and losers. If you do this for a month or so, this would help a lot in refining the system and motivate others to follow them also. There is a thread which I started for bunnygirl system followers and we used to post all the trades entered thru the system on daily basis with charts. This helped a lot who followed the system.
Good luck with your system,
Shan

Re: Great technique for beginners...
please someone confirm me this about the entry,
the wma should be already curved when the price hits the ks line and entry should be ks price, then once crossed we should wait for retracement to make entry as it usually retraces, but if it does not retrace and moves fast then we make entry too.
thanks.

Re: Great technique for beginners...
usdchf a loss -20 pips
usdgbp a long at 14:30 1.7374 (3 pips spread) result: moved to breakeven at +10 then stopped out.
One observation, in swiss when the price hit the ks and crossed at 13:30 the ks was not almost vertical, then made a big retracement that hit the stoploss and turned vertical. Also the spread in metatrader 5 pips for swiss makes them impossible to trade.
