help! - expert advisor

Hi! I'm trying a trading system that is always playing. I'm creating an expert advisor at MetaTrader 3.8.3. to automate it, but I'm having some problems. Could somebody help me, please? The situation:
1) The system says BUY and the expert buys one lot. Then, the system says SELL and the expert have to CLOSE the ask-openned order and SELL one lot AT THE SAME BAR.
2) The system says SELL and the expert sells one lot. Then, the system says BUY and the expert have to CLOSE the bid-openned order and BUY one lot AT THE SAME BAR.
3) The system says BUY and the expert buys one lot. Then, the system says BUY ONCE AGAIN and the expert BUYS ONE MORE LOT (and all those the system indicates). Then, the system says SELL and the expert have to CLOSE ALL THE ASK-OPENNED ORDERS and SELL one lot AT THE SAME BAR.
4) The system says SELL and the expert sells one lot. Then, the system says SELL ONCE AGAIN and the expert SELLS ONE MORE LOT (and all those the system indicates). Then, the system says BUY and the expert have to CLOSE ALL THE BID-OPENNED ORDERS and BUY one lot AT THE SAME BAR. Please, help me sending the programming for this situation!
