How do you respond when you lose all your capital in forex

when we get a lot of profit, we would not need to be mentally prepared, but when we lose a lot of even the entire capital of course we must be mentally prepared to deal with it. some people will do it refreshing to forget the disaster and some may be prayed to God that strengthened the faith. How about you? What do you do?

I blew my first account with hotforex due to some stupid newbie mistake, imagine my account was gon in two days, what i did was fund it and go easy and learn form my mistake, and now im happily earning

Losing money in forex trading is a part of it so each trader should mentally prepared for it. I am well familiar with it. Even it is very hard to control on me when I lose money. I feel nervous and frustrated as well. Take rest from trading for some days, try to find out the reason behind it and then start trading again.

Even I feel upset when I lose my money in trading. It’s good that you lost once, I am sure that now you will be able to learn what mistakes you did and can you avoid it. Take my advice, I know it’s tough but tried to manage your Trades effectively, take regular small Losses and not big ones, and enjoy the profitable Trades.

You will become a better Trader and hopefully a profitable one. Never give up!!!

It is better to make sure that you start with a small amount in the starting as the main thing you will learn is that it is easy to make profits one time but not easy to make consistent profits

Don't feel angry but more frustrated. I think of myself as a safe trader, following a thought strategy, so when it blows, its quite a failure emotion. But then comes a string of wins and the rollercoaster goes up again...

If I lose all my capital in forex for sure I will be in a quiet mode and will be depressed because I have no money.... And i don't know if I will trade again
