How does the time change effect this?

I have been following this system lately, with some success, and I want to continue to follow it. Since I consider myself a newbie, I wanted to know that if this strategy calls for me to place trades @ 11pm est, how does the time change this weekend effect when I place orders?

So if you can please review the strategy, and give me your opinions, I would greatly appreciate it!
