Indices opening times
Does anyone know where I can find a list of indices open and closing times, specifically;

FTSE Index
S&P500 Index
Dow Jones Index
French CAC40
GDAX Frankfurt
Nasdaq Index
Swiss Market Index

Are you referring to the futures contracts, or the actual underlying market?

For example, the US indices (Dow, NASDAQ, S&P) open pit futures trading at 8:20 ET, but the NYSE opens at 9:30 ET.

Dow Jones Index.........14:30 GMT - 21:00 GMT
French CAC40.............08:00 GMT - 16:30 GMT
FTSE Index.................08:00 GMT - 16:30 GMT
GDAX Frankfurt............08:00 GMT - 16:30 GMT
Nasdaq Index..............14:30 GMT - 21:00 GMT
S&P500 Index..............14:30 GMT - 21:00 GMT
Swiss Market Index.......08:00 GMT - 16:20 GMT

Minor, but important point: The Dow, NASDAQ, and S&P open at 13:20 GMT (assuming 5 hour GMT to ET differential). I say this is important because the ten minute difference allows for exchange trading prior to the morning data releases like NFP.
