I've just taken a look at that site.. They say the channel is drawn over high and low peaks of ZigZag or over fractals up and down at M5-M15 timeframe. So what exactly to use - ZigZag or fractals? And which is the timeframe - M5 or M15?

Build on peaks of the prices. (to fractals, only not on a badge of the indicator :-).zig-zagsometimes draws peak on 3-5pipsabove \below the price. There where there is a peak of the prices, there it will be obligatory a fractal
TimeFrame is possible to use bothM5 orM15.
I wish to notice that if the level is is false punched,flatwill extend, for example:
