Need Help For Selection Of Broker

Hello Friends
I am a newcomer in this biz, i have been demo trading on a meta trader plateform till now and i feel i am ready to start with a live a/c.
I am confused about selection of a broker, i checked so many who are provideing terading thro MT4. Dusing the process i came across a broker who give 1 pip fix spread for all the major currency pairs.and claims that they do not increase their spread during news times.
Any feed back about this broker ?
