I'm having a problem accessing the live chat area. Whenever I click the Live Chat link, a browser window opens and then just sits there. Is anybody else having this problem?

No problem here... what system do you use? Windows and IE?

I'm using windows me and ie 6. What settings should I be looking at? I've tried several times and still can't get the chat window to load. Maybe I don't have the proper java applet (although all other java apps run fine).

OK, I finally got in. I cleared my browser cache and deleted all browser history and it works like a charm
