Re: Is it necessary to have a mentor?

It is definately not necessary to have a mentor but it is often an overlooked resource. I am not suggesting you mentor with someone who is a marketing master soliciting mentoring services. Especially if the person is not a full time trader themselves.

There are many traders that will mentor for free or for a nominal charge that is likely no more costly than one or two moderate trading losses. If you can find someone who will also allow you to trade live with them you are very fortunate.

People will spend thousands of dollars on courses, ebooks, systems and novelty strategies but overlook the value of a mentor.

Cheers!!
